England Beat Switzerland On Penalties In Close Draw

England met up with dark horses Switzerland in a close deadlock with England with The Three Lions only proceeding through on penalties.

The first half was packed with back and forth action with both teams having their chances at times. With both teams standing their ground the goalkeepers weren’t treated too much of a threat. With Only 5 minutes remaining England seemed to be playing in their own half, with The Swiss having huge chances almost scoring directly from a corner.

But the game remained deadlocked and with Man City man Akanji missing the first penalty. Swiss were knocked out the competition with England scoring all of theres.
